Eligibility for Returns:
1. Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
3. Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.

Customer-Initiated Returns:
1. If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and a fee of $28 will be deducted from the refund for each order.
2. Returned items must be kept in their original condition to ensure they can be resold. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items cannot be resold or are damaged.

Initiating a Return:
Please contact our customer service team at kidtimber1@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

Return Process:
1. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
2. Ensure the items are securely packed in the original packaging.
3. Ship the items back to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.
4. Provide the tracking number to our customer service team.

Refund or Exchange:
1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.
2. If you prefer an exchange, we will dispatch the new items once the return is received and processed.

Important Notes:
1. In case of manufacturing defects or damage, please contact us promptly and provide photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
2. Due to the nature of wooden products, please ensure items are protected from moisture and extreme temperatures to maintain product quality.

Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at kidtimber1@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return policy applies.
